- Printers experience an increasingly overbearing pressure, because clients are less willing to pay for manual steps in the printing process. Print contracts are intensively ‘stripped’, while sympathy for problems is becoming rarer. Faultless full-colour quality is now a matter of fact. These developments in the graphic industry are irreversible. Q.I. Press Controls has thoroughly prepared itself for this situation and can offer their customers structural better results. During IFRA Expo 2011 in Vienna Q.I. Press Controls will showcase their total solution on stand B618.
“Since the establishment of our company in 1996 we have continuously strived to create a solution for ‘handsfree’ iso-certified printing,” states Menno Jansen, Chairman of Q.I. Press Controls. “With the introduction in 2004 of the unique markless colour control system IDS to our product portfolio, this goal became reality. On developing new products we always kept in mind that they should bring the customer structural better results: in cost-, labour and waste savings and needless to say quality improvement and stability of the production process.” Menno Jansen continues: “Over the years we have installed more than 10.000 register systems worldwide and our system for automated colour optimisation (IDS) is used nearly two hundred-fold each day on newspaper presses. So it is fair to say that we have ample experience to calculate the payoff of our systems. During IFRA Expo in Vienna (stand B618) we will show that Q.I. Press Controls’ solutions make one’s investment work within three years.”
